Abdurrahman H. Abdullah was the owner of wooden ship in 1935 which took forest product, agriculture and plantation taken from Riau and the area around Sambas River which flowed to Pemangkat, Pemangkat (district of Sambas) had been a town located about 167 km North of  Pontianak, West Borneo.

From Pemangkat the forest product, agriculture and plantation exported to Singapore and Pulau Pinang (Malaysia).

In 1952, Mochtar H. Ahmad named the shop MAYAM BROTHERS, MAYAM standed for Mochtar, Ahmad, Yusuf, Abubakar and Mubani.

Rudyzar H.M. Zaidar Mochtar is the grandson of Abdurrahman H. Abdullah and Mochtar H. Ahmad is the third generation who runs business in commerce and industry.
